Housing Family Housing Hub provides a full array of support services to help our clients succeed. We offer financial literacy education, career development support, budgeting workshops, parenting classes, and self-esteem coaching. Our clients’ successes include the following: high school diplomas/GEDs, home ownership, full-time employment, college and post-graduate degrees, scholarships, good credit scores, and savings accounts.
 
Glendale Public Libraries provide educational resources including a free access to books and programs to support the continued growth of students academics as well as support programs for adults to engage the entire community.

The city of Glendale produces free family-friendly events, including downtown festivals and other events throughout the year, like the Touch-A-Truck event at Westgate Entertainment District in October, as well as the Folk & Heritage Festival at Historic Sahuaro Ranch in March. 

 
 
 
 
All fourth grade students have the opportunity to receive a free National Parks Pass! After following the online instructions, students can print a paper pass which is valid at all national parks, including these popular Arizona parks:

  • Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area (Tucson)
  • Grand Canyon National Park
  • Casa Grande Ruins National Monument
  • Tumacácori National Historical Park
